Salmon en croûte with greens (Serves 4)

We take salmon en croûte to the next level. Succulent salmon, cream cheese and dill are encased in crisp puff pastry served with seasonal greens and new potatoes. We found this recipe on BBC goodFOOD, tried it out on the father in law and his siblings. Went down a treat so we decided to share it.
